Colorado-Fall-2014
First, click on the map twice to enlarge it.
It was a grand and ambitious itinerary that covered over 1,200 miles in a week. You can see all the highlights on the map but what you can't see was the fun, the camraderie, the great photo opportunities. While we lost a tripod, we didn't lose our collective sense of humor and we certainly didn't lose any weight with lunches/dinners at such well known eateries as The Prospect Bar in the Hotel Jerome in Aspen, True Grit Cafe in Ridgway (best Chicken Fried Stake on the planet), The Outlaw in Ouray (legandary steaks), Bon Ton Italian Restaurant in Ouray, and the Brown Bear Cafe in Silverton.
This was my all-time favorite trip with three great photographers and greater friends.
