Ibex Hills Wildflowers
According to the Park Service, the only fields of flowers blooming in Death Valley were these and some adjacent ones near Ibex Dunes. But, what about a "super-bloom" like last year? That's the problem - it is highly unusual for there to be two super-blooms in a row regardless the amount or timing of the rain the second year. Most of the seeds need to remain dormant to store energy for year three (if there is rain).
