Darley Mountain
Darley Mountain
This is Darley Mountain (13,260') as seen from the top of Engineer Pass. The roads up the side were made in the 1950’s so core drilling tests could be done to determine what mineral wealth, if any, was below the red surface. The drilling rig was dragged up the road using two D9 bulldozers.
